Here's where you'll complete and submit your party planning itinerary. We've provided simple "fill in the blank" forms for you. In the case of a wedding, you'll fill out TWO forms -- your Wedding Reception Fact Sheet and your Wedding Party Roster. In most other cases, you'll fill out a Party Fact Sheet.
Once you've logged in, you'll find them by clicking the "Modify Your Event Information" option on the right. As time permits, you may also click the other options and fill in your information.
