Check Availability

Select the date of your event and press the "Check Availability" button to instantly determine if we are available on your special day! If the date is available, you are encouraged to fill out a short confidential inquiry form. Most form fields are optional, however the more info you submit, the faster we can determine the package that's right for you.

Client Login Area

To use this feature please select the date of your event AND enter the password that was supplied to to the person who booked the party. Once an event created in the system,up to 12 additional 'Clients' can be added and granted access to the Online Planner.

Guest Login Area

Clients may log-in here with their Event Date and Password. Please provide your song requests at least 7 days prior to the event. We'll always make a full effort to play guest's requests that are received in advance and live at the event.

Your info is secured then sent directly to my e-mail which makes follow-ups lighting fast. New clients can check availability for a specific date and time, and current clients can use this page to log into their "Virtual Event" allowing them to add/modify/delete specific event information and complete "event worksheets" right here online.
