Set your company email address

Your company image will display on Gigbuilder-generated forms and timelines plus you can use the tokens: {$COMPANY_LOGO} or {$COMPANY_LOGO_THUMB} in documents, etc. (THUMB) is thumbnail. Images are scaled during upload to 600px wide for the full logo and 160px wide for the Thumbnail. Make sure your image is at least 600px wide to avoid quality issues.

Gigbuilder servers will be used at all times for messages directly to system admin such as the morning activity email. You may select to use Gigbuilder Servers (recommended) for all emails or relay through your own server (advanced) for messages to all other recipients.

Manage Access

Easily add a QR-Code containing a VCARD so your clients can simply click or snap a photo and instantly add contact information to their phones. Select contact info you'd like to provide or uncheck all options to simply display a name. You can use multiple tokens to display in email or use the direct token below to reference this employee directly.

You may select an SMS phone number that will be used for most messages sent from Gigbuilder. Provide this number to your clients and resources so that they know it's from your company. POOL automatically selects a phone number each time a message is sent.
