If your company has few (or one) employee(s), setting a default worker will auto-assign to new events. Do not use this helper if you manually select workers.
Gigbuilder will notify your employees/resources when they are assigned to an event. The timing is based on settings in each employee record. You may choose to send a default notification OR provide your own - including tokens and attachments.
Default email displays basic information concerning the event along with a login link IF the resource has access and is appropriate for most situations.
Custom email requires tokens to work appropriately and is for advanced users.
Create your message body with rich text and customize by including tokens (field values from appointments, clients, etc) by pressing [Insert Token] below. Tokens will appear at the current cursor position.
