Determine if you want to use the Instant Estimator. If enabled the prospect has the option during check availability to select packages/options and optionally have an estimate sent by email.

If estimator is active you may display the actual cost, a star rating (1-5), or hide rates altogether. Star ratings are set in each package where 1 is the least expensive and 5 is the most costly.

Let the estimator know how many miles traveled (one way) are complimentary and the price per mile (one way) above this threshold. If the venue already contains travel fees they will be used instead.

For each portion of the estimate you may provide a separate summary line or wrap the cost into the grand total. For example, mileage can be displayed on its own line-item.
