Your Office Phone number is not connected to any business on Google. You'll need to create a business profile with this phone number OR if a profile for your business already exists, change the company phone number to that displayed by Google Places

You can also find your business using Google Maps. Once the business is found, click the share button and paste the link below

Select your business then press Get My Link then copy the place ID which is all the characters AFTER placeid= which should be a bunch of alphanumeric characters.
