When you register for a Gigbuilder account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing information. This information is necessary to create and manage your account, process payments, and provide customer support.
As a CRM platform, Gigbuilder stores the event details, client contact information, contracts, invoices, music requests, timelines, and other data you enter into the system. You own this data. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not use your client data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, IP address, and referring URLs. We use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization enabled) to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. We also use session recording tools to diagnose technical issues.

Your prompts and relevant context may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI features are opt-in and can be disabled at any time. We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third party for advertising, profiling, or model training purposes.
Gigbuilder is a business-to-business service designed for professional DJs and event planners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your Gigbuilder account settings. If you wish to export or permanently delete all of your data, contact us at support@gigbuilder.com and we will process your request within 30 days. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 90 days (in case of accidental deletion) and then permanently removed from our systems.
